Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Azcom LLC is a software company registered in Wyoming, United States. We build HR and payroll HRIS platforms, SaaS products, web applications and mobile applications.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the work we do for clients.
Information We Collect
This website has no accounts, no sign up and no forms. You reach us by email, so most of what we hold is information you chose to send.
- Contact details you send us: your name, email address, company and anything else written in your message.
- Project information you share while we scope, quote or deliver a piece of work.
- Technical information recorded automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of the request.
How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Reply to your inquiry and discuss what you need.
- Prepare a proposal, then plan, build, deploy and support the software we agree to deliver.
- Keep records of our agreements, invoices and correspondence.
- Keep this website available, secure and working correctly.
- Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where data protection law such as the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on one of the following:
- Performance of a contract, when we deliver work you have asked for.
- Our legitimate interests, when we answer inquiries, secure our systems and run the business.
- Your consent, when you send us information voluntarily. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligation, when a law or a tax authority requires us to keep a record.
Client Project Data
HR and payroll systems hold sensitive employee information. When we build or maintain such a system, the client remains responsible for that data as its controller.
We act as a processor on the client's documented instructions, under a written agreement. We do not use client data for our own purposes and we never sell it.
Access is limited to the people working on the project. It ends when the engagement closes, or when the client asks us to remove it.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Inquiry emails are kept while the conversation is useful. Contract, invoice and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
Client project data is kept for the length of the engagement and any agreed handover period, then deleted or returned. When information is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit, restricted credentials and regular updates to the systems we run.
Access within our team is limited to the people who need it for their work.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do work to reduce risk and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
International Transfers
Azcom LLC is based in the United States, so information you send us is processed there.
Some of our service providers operate in other countries. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by an appropriate safeguard such as standard contractual clauses.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. To use one, email us at the address at the end of this page. We may first need to confirm who you are.
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our website and our services are intended for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
If a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page. Please review it from time to time.
